SOLD! This could very well
be the baddest Buell ever. This is an impressive show bike with
tons of chrome and awesome paint. This belt driven 2000 Buell Lightning
has a big EFI 1200cc engine with a race module and custom
K&N air filter. The bike produces a bad ass Harley sound via
the silver ceramic coated headers and polished Vance & Hines exhaust all
while getting the performance of a sport bike. The fantastic House of
Kolor paint was laid down masterfully with a wicked yellow to orange
fade in the flames. This beautiful paint is accented perfectly across the
bike with the swing arm, frame, switch housings, handle bars, front belt
pulley, oil tank and carbon fiber frame covers all painted to match
the bike. There is also a painted air dam which is included
but not shown. The swing arm was extended 3 inches and really
puts the big Maxxis tire in your face. The polished PM wheels
are the perfect look for this bike and are complimented with chrome
brake calipers and polished rotors. If it was not painted or powder
coated it was chromed or polished. You get a chrome headlamp housing,
chrome speedo and tach cups, chrome levers and chrome front and rear
master cylinders. Chrome rocker boxes, chrome cam cover (new cam), chrome primary
cover, chrome engine stabilizer arms, chrome front faring brackets and chrome Hot
Toppers on all of the allen bolts. The tail section was lowered,
extended and chromed giving this bike a one-of-a-kind look. Not enough chrome?
You get a chrome voltage regulator cover, chrome kickstand, chrome pulley nut
and lock ring and a custom made front pulley cover. Many components
on this masterpiece were polished to a mirror shine including the triple
trees, polished lower fork tubes, polished front top motor mount, polished fuel
cap and custom polished battery box. The stainless steel clutch cable, stainless
steel brake lines and fuel lines were clear coated for an extra
bright shine. The Crossroads handle bar ends, shift peg, brake pedal and
foot pegs (rear pegs not shown but included) top the bike off
perfectly! Many new parts were used to make this beast the best.
New high quality Maxxis tires front and rear give the rider a
firm grip while a new battery, new yellow Sumax plug wires and
a new voltage regulator keep the sparks flying. Want to separate yourself
from the other riders? You will never find another bike like this!
